Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)

Programme Overview

The Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Programme aims to improve access to safe water, appropriate sanitation, and healthy hygiene practices among vulnerable and underserved populations. By working with communities, schools, health facilities, and local stakeholders, we support disease prevention, healthy behaviour, and safer environments.

Why This Programme Matters

Unsafe water, inadequate sanitation, and poor hygiene practices increase the risk of diarrhoea, typhoid, skin infections, and other preventable diseases. Alongside safe infrastructure, sustained behaviour change and regular hygiene practices are essential for protecting public health.
